
Rachael Leigh Cook (born on October 4, 1979 (11) is an American model and actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001) and also in the TV series Into the West and Perception. She also voiced behind Robot Chicken's Tifa Lockhart character. Her parents are Thomas Howard Cook (a social worker, comedian and ex-comedian) and JoAnn Cook (a cook instructor and weaver). The actress is half-Italian. Cook first was featured in an announcement of public service for foster care at seven years of age. She then began being a print model at the age of 10 years old, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
